Myself and Giles are hosting another round of our popular Sound and Silence day-retreats. Giles is a sound practitioner and somatic coach while I am an artist and shamanic practitioner. We use our combined skills to weave a journey of sound and silence and to help tap into the stillness at the heart of our being. This will be a transformational day for releasing, re-energising and re-invigorating our body, mind and spirit. Snacks will be provided on the day but please bring your own lunch.

The day will include-

·       Opening circle including some gentle embodiment movement and sounding practices

·       Shamanic drum journey

·       Toning circle with some vocal toning techniques

o   to support releasing of emotions

o   Offerings of healing sounds and tones to ourselves and the global community

·       Intuitive automatic writing practice

·       Sound bath

·       Closing circle with fire ritual

The day will be interspersed with periods of silent contemplation.
