SHAMANIC DRUM JOURNEY & SOUND BATH

A two hour event merging shamanic journeying and sound bath.

This event is designed to access the deep symbolic wisdom residing in each and every one of us.

In the first part of this quest we go on a shamanic journey together, using the power of the shamanic drum beat. We journey to the lower or to the upper world to meet a spirit guide or power animal and to explore the landscapes presented. You will be guided so no prior experience is needed. Insights and experiences from the shamanic journey can then settle and integrate during the second part of the event when Giles will hold a relaxing sound bath. We finish with light snacks and teas to ground and fully land back in the here and now. This event takes place in our beautiful sacred loft space in Folkestone.
